Our Schools

Fairbridge College is a multi-campus CARE (Curriculum and Reengagement in Education) school serving young people across Pinjarra and Kalgoorlie.

While each campus and a dedicated Outreach & Online Learning Program reflects the needs of its local community, we operate as one school under shared leadership, values, and learning frameworks.

Our leadership team includes a College Principal, Campus Principals, and a Director of Learning and Engagement, supported by dedicated teaching, wellbeing, and engagement staff. Each campus is led by a Campus Principal responsible for daily operations, while the College Principal and Director provide whole-school oversight, curriculum strategy, and compliance leadership.

Although geographically separate, our campuses and outreach program are united by a collaborative culture—leaders and staff engage in shared planning, professional learning, and consistent implementation of our personalised learning frameworks. Every campus is supported by multidisciplinary teams who provide trauma-informed, student-centred care. We ensure each young person is seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

We are proudly governed by Fairbridge WA, a youth-focused organisation committed to education, training, and community development across Western Australia.
