Enrolment Process at a Glance
Fairbridge College is registered as a CARE School (Curriculum and Re-engagement in Education School) under the School Education Act 1999 (WA). CARE schools exist to support young people who have been identified as being at educational risk and who are unable to engage successfully in mainstream schooling.
Fairbridge College accepts enrolments for students in Years 7 to 12, in line with its CARE school registration.
A student may be considered at educational risk if, for one or more reasons, they are unable to participate in mainstream schooling. This may include:
Because of our specialised role, we can only consider enrolments for students who meet the CARE eligibility criteria.
We understand that enrolment requires families, schools and agencies to provide personal, medical, and sometimes legal information. All information is managed in strict accordance with the Fairbridge College Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and relevant State legislation. Information is only accessed by staff directly involved in the enrolment process and handled on a need-to-know basis.
The enrolment process begins when families, schools and/or agencies of students in Year 6 or above contacting the College by email or phone.

Classroom Interview & Orientation
Meeting with the Principal and Wellbeing Representative.
Student Commencement
Enrolments confirmed.
Outcomes may include: Proceed, Capacity Pending, or Decline (with explanation provided).
