At Fairbridge College, student wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.
Our dedicated Student Support Services team works closely with each student to ensure they feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Whether it’s help with learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, or personal challenges, our team is here to listen and provide individualised support every step of the way.
We take a holistic approach to education by offering access to mentoring, counselling, health referrals, and tailored learning plans. Our staff build strong, trusting relationships with students and families, creating an inclusive environment where every young person is valued and respected. Support is available at all stages of a student’s journey—because success begins with feeling supported.
Our Student Support Services are designed to address the individual wellbeing, engagement, and personal development needs of our young people. These services work hand-in-hand with our teaching and advisory teams, using a trauma-informed, relational approach.
