Monitoring and Reconnection Pathways 

• Students can transition back to campus or into work/VET pathways as readiness improves 

The Outreach Program supports the core mission of CARE (Curriculum and Reengagement in Education) program—to provide inclusive, strength-based, and relationship-focused learning for students who face barriers in traditional settings.
